Created customized owner statements for a Short-Term Rental business using raw data from QuickBooks Online. Data was grouped into key categories — Reservations, Additional Owner Income, Owner Charges, and Payments to Owner. Each report compared current month results with Year-to-Date (YTD) performance, giving property owners a clear summary of income, expenses, and payouts, while improving financial transparency and decision-making accuracy.
